Remembering a Friend
Many of those in the Carroll County area that are familiar with our newsletter are likely already aware of the fact that we lost a good friend this weekend. Chuck Geraci passed away on Saturday, December 14th at 8:50 AM.
I know that many of those who have advertised with us and many more that read the blog and newsletter have spoken to Chuck and had the opportunity to know him, and so I felt that it would be appropriate to mention his passing here and send out our love and best wishes to his family and friends. I wanted to do it sooner, but have had some trouble putting my thoughts into words.
So I will try to keep it simple and just express how much we will miss Chuck. He was a special human being. His generous nature and wonderful sense of humor endeared him quickly to those he came in contact with, and his deep love for his family shone through like the sun whenever he would speak about them and share pictures of them with us at the office. I feel privileged to have had the opportunity to get to know Chuck and spend time with him since we started working together, and can say with certainty that although he is no longer here with us, we will never forget him.
